Peak Dental Services®’ (“PDS”) Lead Pass Program is intended to compensate Lead Sources for initiating contact between PDS or its affiliated practices and a potential dental office for legitimate business purposes. Lead Source involvement is limited to the introduction of the potential dental practice client to PDS and will not include participation in the negotiation and/or decision-making process.

What Is a Lead?

A dental practice owner considering selling some or all of their dental practice which is not currently on PDS’s pipeline report and the lead is not a publicly announced procurement (i.e. RFP).

What Is the Lifespan of a Lead?

A lead is valid for 12 months from the date the lead is registered by Sam Shrank, SVP of Finance. The lead must be registered to qualify. If Peak Dental Services® signs a purchase agreement with the lead and closes within the eligible award period, and provided all eligibility requirements are met, the appropriate award will be paid to the Lead Source within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the fully executed and funded agreement between the lead and the company.

Who Is Eligible?

  • Clinical employee of PDS or its affiliated practices.
  • Independent contractor (clinical and non-clinical).
  • Corporate employees (excluding board members, and members of the business development team who receive compensation based on business generation)
  • Individuals outside of PDS
  • All Lead Source eligibility are subject to review by Sam, SVP of Finance with legal council guidance and subject to the requirements of the Lead Program Policy.

Registration

DISCLAIMER: This Lead Program is subject to Peak Dental Services® Lead Program Policy and all of the requirements thereof. Any Lead Source who does not comply with the requirements of the policy will be ineligible to receive the award. No payments for leads will be provided to business brokers if they officially represent a lead and receive compensation for the sale of a lead. In its administration of the Lead Program, Peak Dental Services® and its affiliated practices intend to at all times comply with all applicable statutes, laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any federal, state or local governmental authority with respect to regulatory matters relating to patient healthcare or fraud and abuse including, without limitation, the federal and state Anti-Kickback Statutes, False Claims Statutes, and Stark Law to the extent they apply to the Lead Program.
