During the presentation, Amber went through her top 10 tips of leadership growth she has learned from helping Peak Dental Services® scale from 10 to 400+ people. She covered topics such as structuring the Regional Manager role, setting up the optimal cadence of accountability meetings, building a positive culture, and designing and rolling out scalable training programs.
